We are not Arrive Home. We are not TRHEEA. We are not the FHA or HUD, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. "Arrive Home", "Earned Equity Program", and "RIKI" are their marks, not ours.
Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. Nothing here replaces the Homeownership Agreement, the Homebuyer Cost Disclosure, or advice from your own attorney, tax professional, or licensed loan originator.
How we verify
Every number and rule on this site is traced to a section of the Arrive Home EEP Product Guidelines v4.25 or the EEP Product Matrix v4.19. Where we could not verify something, we say so on the page instead of guessing. See the versions page for exactly what we read and when.
